Baking seven days a week, this traditional bakery produces a wide range of handmade breads and savouries from local and organic ingredients. In addition to a range of wheat breads, the Bakery is also famous for its speciality products such as Highland rye, spelt loaf, pitta breads and San Francisco sourdough.
You will also find many of our delicious products being used in The Bakehouse as well as in The Blue Angel Café located within the Findhorn eco-village.
