Started over 10 years ago at the Findhorn eco-village community, the Bakery has recently moved to new premises adjacent to the Bakehouse café in Findhorn village.

Baking seven days a week, this traditional bakery produces a wide range of handmade breads and savouries from local and organic ingredients. In addition to a range of wheat breads, the Bakery is also famous for its speciality products such as Highland rye, spelt loaf, pitta breads and San Francisco sourdough.

The Phoenix Bakery range can be purchased direct from the bakery in the mornings or from the nearby Phoenix Store.

You will also find many of our delicious products being used in The Bakehouse as well as in The Blue Angel Café located within the Findhorn eco-village.
